Relationships fill our lives. We spend almost every minute of every day relating to someone or something. Of course, our primary relationships are usually with the people in our life (and ourselves), but relationships with animals, plants, nature, locations, etc. will also have a surprisingly strong impact on us. Much has been shared regarding our relationships with animals and pets, which are very important, but we actually have surprisingly strong relationships with our environments. In fact, the energy interaction between us and our environment will impact not only how we feel about ourselves, but how well we think, play, and even love in that environment. This class helps us understand how we might relate to different external environments and, more importantly, what can be done if we find ourselves stuck in a not very compatible match.
